Our competitive squad is by invitation only and gymnasts are selected to join based on their ability and train for approx. 3 hours a week. They will also have the opportunity to participate in the Team Gym discipline in their normal classes, as well as through additional hours in Team Gym Squad. Gymnasts will work towards various competitions that are held throughout the year with Welsh Gymnastics and will compete at different levels based on age and ability.
All gymnasts will work on basic moves, along with progression on beam, floor vault, bars and trampette to help them prepare for competitions.
Our squad gymnasts will be required to buy our competition/training leotards, along with leggings and hoodie, which can be bought from the gym.
Classes are run by our fully qualified coaches.
To book onto a free trial please click on the link below, and select the drop down selection and click on "Trial Enquiry", once selected fill in all of your details. If you have more than more child to register, there is an option to add a child at the end of the registration form. The form will also allow you to select the day you are interested in.
