Our Advanced gymnasts is by invitation only, where one of our lead coaches will run a trial to assess the level of skills the gymnast currently has. Gymnasts in this class train for approx. 12 hour a week and perform to a much higher level of skills on all 4 pieces of apparatus to enhance co-ordination, balance, body awareness and helps to develop posture, flexibility and strength.
Gymnasts work towards Regional and National Competitions throughout the year.
These classes are run by fully qualified British Gymnastics coaches who are fully committed to the sport and progression.
All our Advanced gymnasts will be required to buy our competition leotards, along with leggings and hoodie, which can be bought from the gym.

If you have more than more child to register, there is an option to add a child at the end of the registration form. The form will also allow you to select the day you are interested in.
